Michael O’Neil has over 20 years experience as a leader on technology policy, government, and public affairs. At Airbnb, Michael oversaw America’s Policy Partnerships, as well as overseeing staff across America engaged in state policy, public affairs, and regulatory campaigns at a crucial stage in the company’s pre IPO strategy. He served in the Obama Administration in the White House Office of the Chief of Staff, Office of Political Strategy and Outreach, and Presidential Personnel overseeing hundreds of appointments across every agency. Michael currently works public policy, public affairs, and community engagement at Vivid Seats, having recently become a publicly traded company in Q4 of 2021. Michael is an advisor to early stage startups and nonprofits.

Michael was a member of Joe Biden for President’s National Finance Committee and served on the Biden-Harris Transition Team.
