Mackenzie Tesei

PRINCIPAL

Mackenzie began her career at Guggenheim Securities as one of the early members of the Power, Utilities, and Cleantech Investment Banking team. At Guggenheim, she was an active deal team member on over $40bn of transactions, including Westar’s merger with Great Plains to form Evergy. She led the design and execution of financial analyses, managed deal processes, and was responsible for training teams of analysts.

Mackenzie earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. At Wharton, she participated in the Venture Foragers program focusing on Cleantech and was a member of the leadership teams of the Wharton Social Impact and Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital clubs. She received her BA from Stanford University in Political Science with a minor in History and was a 4-year member of Stanford’s conference-winning D1 lacrosse team.
